Craig Ceccanti, President and CEO, T-Minus Solutions

Craig Ceccanti started the successful franchise, Pinot’s Palette, he also has been a founding partner and advisor in various other businesses including sEATz and myEATz, mobile ordering software platforms delivering food, drink, and merchandise to sports stadiums and healthcare campuses across the country. His most recent venture is T-Minus, a SaaS platform that helps businesses with backend software technology prepare for franchise development before they start expanding and support them through their franchise models. Craig is the President and CEO of T-Minus Solutions.

Craig also speaks at and mentors Rice University business students on his experience as a franchise owner and he is an author of an upcoming book, “A Founder’s Guide to A Software Startup”.
