Andrea Mundie, Principal, RDCP Consulting

Andrea is a former elementary school teacher who went on to run her own Sales and Marketing agency in the fashion industry. She is the former Brand Manager of Lululemon Athletica and also ran her own Marketing and Communications Consultancy, working with some top brands including Happy Planet, Grouse Mountain Resorts, and Grip Limited (advertising agency). Andrea is also the creator of Chiiki Munki Cosmetics-a makeup line she designed for skoah that focused on simple, approachable makeup products and makeup tips. Andrea has 25+ years of retail expertise including sales, marketing, operations, training, finance, leadership and product development. She is skilled at building a strong culture and a company based on Core Values and Goal Setting.

At the end of 2019, skoah partnered with Franworth to benefit from the firm’s 450 years of franchising experience, to accelerate value for the brand and its U.S. and Canadian franchisees.

In 2016, Andrea was awarded Veuve Clicquot’s Business Woman Award for Canada. She regularly speaks on leadership, culture, core values, entrepreneurship and marketing. She most recently spoke at Harvard Business School’s, MBA Finance class to present skoah as a Case Study on the Franchise Model. She is also on the Board Of Governors of Coast Mental Health, a non-profit charitable organization focused on providing housing for those with mental illness, as well as a Board Member of Satya Organics. She also personally advises several small businesses as they go from start up to traction. Through the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, a non-profit created to support female-founded businesses, Andrea shares her best practices and mentors other women in business.

Outside of her professional career, Andrea has four children and she is a wine, coffee, art and outdoor adventure enthusiast.
