Uriah Blum joined Vitality Bowls superfood café in 2013 as the vice president of operations. Bringing an extensive culinary background and years of experience in the foodservice industry, Uriah leads all new café openings while managing franchisee operations across the company’s 75+ units. 
A self-proclaimed foodie with a passion for health, Uriah also oversees recipe development and ingredient sourcing.
