Terry Davis is the owner of Silver Door Financial Services.

Terry has been in the mortgage financing industry for over 38 years. He was the founder of the highly respected mortgage company California Home Loans. They were the first mortgage company to offer interest only mortgages in California.

In 2002, California Home Loans was honored by the East Bay Business Times as the fastest growing company in the San Francisco East Bay.

Terry saw a need for homeowners looking for funds to buy or expand their franchise business and in 2018 began offering the 30-Year Home Equity Advance. Terry and his wife recently became empty-nesters and have two sons attending college in Idaho. Terry lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys archery, fishing, and great wine.

Silver Door Financial Services is a company dedicated to helping individuals secure the funds to open or expand their franchise business. Silver Door Financial Services offers a product called “Home Equity Advance” that allows home-owners to turn their home equity into cash with out debt or using credit. The most popular uses for this product are to buy real estate, start a business, pay for senior care, retirement planning and investment. There is no age limit and no payments for up to 30 years.
