Shane Franson-Evans, Co-Founder, Massage Heights
Massage Heights is a membership based upscale massage and skincare company that provides an affordable solution to optimizing body and
skin health in an elevated spa like environment. Massage Heights vision is to live a culture of elevated wellness that inspires, transforms and renews the lives of our people, our members and the communities we serve.
Prior to onboarding a tenured franchise executive as CEO in May 2021, as Co-Founder and CEO, Shane created the Massage Heights retail model and was responsible for the vision, growth and development of Massage Heights Franchising, a privately held family business. Under her leadership the brand grew to 145 operating units in the United States and Canada. Her current role as an owner of the franchise company is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Additionally, Shane is the co-owner of several Massage Heights retail locations, Summit Franchise Supply, a supply chain for franchisees operational and retail supply needs, Heights at Home, a retail body care product line, the Heights Family Fund, a non-profit that helps franchisees team members in crisis and an owner of the Gents Place Franchising, the franchisor of ultra premium mens grooming salons.
Additionally, Shane has served on various boards for a variety of companies in and outside of franchising and has been an active member of the International Franchise Association for 10+ years. Shane has served on a number of IFA committees and has been active in supporting FranPac as a lobbying franchisor member over the last six years.
Shane is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and served as the San Antonio Chapter Chair 2019-2020.
