Serena Close, ShelfGenie – 10 years – started as a very part-time 1099 Designer and is now a Franchise Business Coach, Sure Start Coordinator, Designer, and a Corporate Market Manager.

Serena designs custom organizing systems to maximize your space depending on your specific use. She prides herself on developing custom solutions for whatever problem you are currently experiencing in your space. She helps individuals, and businesses, take control of their surroundings by creating maximum efficiency. Serena has a 10-year background in Professional Organizing. Her life has always revolved around “making a difference”! Serena believes that everyone can make a difference. “With just a little help we can ALL make a change for the better.” Serena has been a designer with ShelfGenie since 2012. In 2015, she assumed a Corporate Market Manager role – taking on her own location in the ShelfGenie system, right alongside franchise owners.  In 2018, she added on the responsibility of onboarding all new ShelfGenie owners.  She could not be more excited for her role as Franchise Business Coach as of 2021. She always looks forward to designing a custom solution that is best suited for all your needs.
