Roger Lewis is the CEO of CMIT Solutions, the leading provider of Managed IT services and security for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). As CEO, Roger leads the vision, strategy, and growth of CMIT Solutions. Under his leadership, the brand has grown from 68 million dollars in revenue to over 100 million in just over two years.

Prior to joining CMIT Solutions, Mr. Lewis co-founded Alliance Tech, an event software & service company, where he served as SVP of Sales & Marketing. Roger took the business from zero to $12M+ in revenue. In 2016, Alliance Tech was successfully acquired by Cvent (a Vista Equities Company, NASDAQ: CVT) where Mr. Lewis worked in its Enterprise Onsite Solutions Software business.

Before that, Mr. Lewis co-founded Team Tech International, an IT Service and Support company where he was COO with Sales, Marketing, and Service Delivery responsibilities. Under Roger’s leadership, the company produced five years of sustained rapid revenue growth and was recognized in the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies in 1998. The company was successfully sold to Applied Theory in 2000.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Lewis worked for International Business Systems (IBM). Roger served in IBM’s Federal Systems Division for 10+ years, where he was assigned to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). At IBM, Roger was a high-performing software engineer that worked on the Space Shuttle program.
