Rita Schaefer is the a world-traveling mother of the mother/daughter team that loves to share their expertise to help you!

Rita has been experiencing this world’s treasures for over 40 years. Her love of books and history ignited a thirst for travel to see and experience the world.  Europe was naturally a top choice initially–Versailles, Neuschweinstein, Windsor Castle–but Africa, Asia, South America, and the South Pacific all crept into her “Have to Go” list. She currently has plans for Tahiti (a repeat), Istanbul and Athens, the Pyramids, India, and the Antarctic.

 
Of course she MUST sail on the Queen Mary 2 on a transatlantic voyage.
 
Like the beer commercial says, her motto is “Stay thirsty, my friend.”
