Lynn Liedle is the co-owner of AdvantaClean of the Eastside, which has been operating in the greater Puget Sound area since 2010.  AdvantaClean was founded in 1994 and is a franchise operation owned by Home Franchising Concepts.  

Our core focus is healthy indoor air quality for residential and commercial customers.  We accomplish this through our business lines of: emergency water mitigation, fire mitigation, mold remediation, crawl space moisture control, HVAC cleaning, and odor control.  We are client-focused, placing the needs of our customers first even when working with insurance companies on complex, coverable losses.

Lynn holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Gonzaga University and has built her career around a focus on client experiences and customer care. Buying and growing her own AdvantaClean franchise has allowed her to put these skills to work in a meaningful vocation where she can have a positive impact on her community.  AdvantaClean of the Eastside has shown significant year-over-year growth since she and her business partner acquired the business, and she looks forward to continuing this growth path to be Puget Sound’s remediator of choice.
