David Mihalic is a native of Pittsburgh, PA and moved to the Greenville, SC area 31+ years ago. By degree, he is a mechanical engineer (West Virginia University) with an MBA (Clemson University). In his corporate life he worked in the capacity of a quality assurance engineer, procurement, project manager, and also a plant/branch manager. Tired of the ‘corporate grind’ and the desire to be more independent, he left the corporate world in 2001 to begin his career in franchising.
He was a Money Mailer franchise owner for four years and franchise owner of The Entrepreneurs Source for 10 years as a franchise coach. Dave received the “Rookie of the Year” franchise award for both franchises that he owned, and was extremely successful with both franchise opportunities. Looking for a new challenge, Dave has since worked in franchise development for over four years now – most recently as the Franchise Development Director at Service Team of Professionals (STOP Restoration). 
Dave loves coaching and educating STOP Restoration candidates – with his diverse and successful franchise experience, he is a valuable resource for professionals and executives wanting to make a change in their lives and truly control their destiny.
Dave enjoys all sports (especially golf) and fitness, travel, volunteering his time, and spending quality time with his family – he is also a big movie buff. And yes, being from Pittsburgh, he is a lifetime Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates fan!
