Courtney Harmon, President, The Driveway Company and Softroc

Courtney Harmon is the president of The Driveway Company, a leading concrete driveway repair and maintenance franchise; and Softroc, a provider of poured in place rubber surfacing. Her role focuses on the ongoing operations and procedures as the brand continues to expand into new markets across the United States. 

Prior to joining The Driveway Company and Sotroc, Courtney developed and owned several businesses and is a multi-unit franchise owner. For 16 years, she worked as the Operations Manager for Curves, a leader in women’s fitness.

Courtney’s expertise includes business development, operations, training, leadership, and innovation. She is also passionate about creating opportunities for people and helping others build and operate successful businesses.
