Christina Vance is the Owner of Rise Collective Wellness (a barre, cycle, yoga and strength studio primarily for women), as well as a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach credentialed by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Her 25+ year career in fitness/wellness has been all about empowering women to take ownership over their health, and take sustainable steps toward living a life free from pain, discomfort, and disease. She embraces a custom approach to nutrition because she believes strongly that there is no “one size fits all” plan for diet, exercise, and healthy habits. Her desire is for you to love the food you eat, appreciate how it fuels your body, and transform the way you think about nutrition and your overall health. She’s on a mission to support and encourage women to discover what it means to live inside of a strong, healthy body.
