Austin Titus, President, Network Lead Exchange

Austin Titus, the middle son of UFG CEO Ray Titus, has been in the franchising industry his entire life. He started at a young age working for franchisees for Signarama, Fully Promoted, and SuperGreen Solutions all while in college at Florida Atlantic University. After school, he started at United Franchise Group full time in the Franchise Development Department.
He worked in Franchise Development for about 4 years as the Director of Franchise Development and Director of Broker Relations for all of the United Franchise Group Brands.
After that, Austin helped start the “Emerging Brands” division at United Franchise Group, overseeing all of the brands that had 50 or fewer franchisees. At the time, this included SuperGreen Solutions, Network Lead Exchange, and Resource Operations International. We also included FranchiseMart in our Emerging Brands division.
Austin was the President of Emerging Brands for about 2 years, then accepted the position as President of Network Lead Exchange in 2019. Today, Network Lead Exchange has grown to over 50 franchises in 15 different states.
