Amanda Tokos is a proven multi-unit franchise owner and operator. She has experience in franchise development, business acquisition, full build-outs, marketing, strategic planning, operations, human resources, recruitment, training, and employee development.
Amanda’s entrepreneurial experience began in 2011 when she opened her first Massage Envy franchise in her hometown of Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she was involved in every aspect of the business. In 2013, she opened her second Massage Envy location two hours north in Mishawaka, Indiana, followed by her 3rd Massage Envy location in 2015 in Fort Wayne. She then purchased an 4th Massage Envy location in 2016, also in Fort Wayne. 
Amanda currently serves on the Indiana Massage Envy Regional Recruitment Committee and previously served as the treasurer for the Indiana Massage Envy Regional Co-Op. She also currently serves on the Advisory Board at Ivy Tech State for the Massage Therapy Department. Amanda holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management and has participated in multiple leadership programs, including Fort Wayne Leadership. Prior to being a multi-unit franchise owner, she worked in law enforcement as a federal and state probation officer for 16 years.
Amanda has also recently joined The Franchise Consulting Company and is excited to begin sharing her knowledge and experience as a Franchise Consultant. She is passionate about growth and development and embraces every opportunity to help others identify their potential and achieve their goals, while being realistic and honest with them along the way. Amanda’s ability to listen, empathize and coach others as they consider the decision to open a franchise business, coupled with her experience as a franchise owner and operator, is what makes her valuable to anyone who is interested in pursuing a different career path, looking to diversify their investments, or aspires to be a business owner.
