Zarian does not charge Buyers for consultations or any of the services offered. They charge Sellers a 12% fee for resales that secure a validated LOI within 3 months of listing. If the business sale exceeds that time-frame, they reduce their fee to 10%. Zarian requires 1% down payment of the Seller’s asking price or preliminary valuation, whichever is lower, to create effective marketing and lead generation strategies.
