Kelly Crompvoets has been in the franchising world for 20+ years. She was most recently employed by Home Franchise Concepts (HFC), parent company to seven home service brands. Most notably Budget Blinds, a custom window covering company with 1300+ locations across North America. During her time at HFC she held the titles of VP of HFC Marketing, VP of HFC Franchise Relations and VP of Franchise Operations for Budget Blinds. As HFC acquired brands and was also sold and purchased several times itself, her role iterated to the needs of the parent company.
While in various leadership roles she acquired a vast of array experience in the franchise space; budget management, marketing, digital and lead generation strategy, branding and creative direction, customer journey, customer experience, franchisee communication and P&L analysis.
Prior to HFC she worked at FranWise, a leading franchise consulting company, focused on operations and operations and training manuals for franchise brands and Money Mailer, a direct mail franchise brand, as their Director of Internal Communications.
It was the roles at FranWise and Money Mailer that she was able to begin to see how each area of the franchise eco-system played a role in a franchise owners success. When she parlayed her past experiences with her role at HFC, she was able to help drive the franchisors expansion in the US & Canada through franchise development marketing and national ad fund marketing. Adding in her outstanding communication and franchisee relation skills, she has been referred to as the “franchise whisperer”. However if asked, she’ll still say she’s working on “teleporting” as her super power.
