Bob Kerwin is a Certified SCORE mentor whose career covered 3 decades at Hughes Aircraft/Raytheon in various management positions. He is a former electronics design engineer, project manager and Assistant Division Manager prior to his retirement. During his years with Hughes Aircraft he developed experience in Program & Project Planning, Business Operations, Electrical Engineering, Business Plans, P&L Creation & Use, Marketing, Patent Writing, Management and Training of employees.
Bob Kerwin while at Hughes Aircraft/Raytheon assisted his wife Carol Kerwin start and grow a small quick printing company with 2-color capability from start-up to $600,000+ in sales. Bob developed the software to run the printing business including production pricing, accounts payable and receivable.
Since Bob retired he became a SCORE mentor in the greater San Luis-Obispo area. He was the chapter Chair and currently analyzes the chapter statistics, fund raises and presents the Business Plan workshop and the Business Model Canvas Workshops.
Bob’s education includes a BSEE Arizona State Universty, an MS Electrical Engineering from University of Southern CaliforniaC, and an MBA from Pepperdine University in Executive Management – Anderson School of Management UCLA.
