Adam G Wasch is a founding shareholder of Wasch Raines LLP and leads the firm’s franchise litigation practice which focuses on representing both franchisors and franchisees in state and federal court and in arbitration. Adam provides franchise counsel to multiple international and national franchisors, many of which are in the emerging or startup category with 5 to 25 units. Adam and his team draft franchise documents for startup companies and in-bound franchisors from such countries as Canada, Australia, South Africa, Brazil and Chile. Adam’s representative franchisor clients include Miami Grill, Salad Creations, Tropical Smoothie, 3 Natives, PropertyGuys, Stoner’s Pizza Joint, Body 20, and about three dozen startup franchise brands.
Adam G Wasch is an active member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising. In 2017, Adam was named as Global Franchise Magazine’s 20 Keenest Legal Minds in Global Franchising. Adam has been named as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers in the franchising/distribution category and as a Legal Elite in Florida Trend magazine for the past four years. Adam has written “14 Questions a Master Franchisee Must Ask” for Global Franchise Magazine and regularly posts about franchising on his website and through Twitter.
Adam G Wasch is a former managing editor of the Law Review at his alma mater FIU College of Law. Before deciding to go to law school, Adam was a front office executive for Minor League Baseball teams in New Orleans and Colorado Springs. He is an avid sports fan and serves as general counsel to social/digital media powerhouse Front Office Sports, LLC. Adam resides in Boca Raton with his wife, Rachel, and three sons.
