Bob’s career and expertise is in two distinctly different arenas. His first chapter, which lasted for 25 years, was in the engineering field supplying air pollution control equipment to industry. Bob grew in that field to become a C-Level executive in four environmental equipment companies, the largest of which had over 1000 employees. Along the way he obtained his MBA from UCLA.

The second chapter brought him to franchising which has now been some 15 years. At first, he collaborated with his wife as a franchisee of Sandler Sales Institute (now Sandler Training). Sandler is one of the largest sales training businesses in the world. Bob took on a much larger franchising opportunity and invested in The Entrepreneur’s Source as the Regional Developer in 2007. He had a strong belief in small business and wanted to pay forward some of the lessons/expertise he learned in the corporate world. He has coached/mentored over 20 Entrepreneur’s Source unit franchisees to grow their businesses and achieve their Income, Lifestyle, Wealth and Equity goals. A number of his coaches have been recognized for awards within the Entrepreneur’s Source franchisee network, including “Rookie of the Year” and for high revenue production. He continues working with clients as a franchise coach.

Bob’s belief in small business has led him to become a Certified Mentor for his local SCORE chapter. SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow and achieve their goals through education and mentorship. He also serves as Treasurer of the Board of a natural foods coop here in the Central Coast.
